Title: How To Tame A Lioness

Setting: Ep. 1x12 Double Vision.

I realize it’s probably been a while since the most of you watched Mutant X, so I’ll wrap up what happened in the ep up until the point where the story starts taking a different route from what we see on the screen.

In this episode Emma is hit by a boost-up energy blast and her personality is split into two Emmas. One is sweet, innocent and over cautious, taking no risks whatsoever and the other is skanky, confident and kinda ruthless. After the blast Brennan takes one Emma, the sweet one, with him back to Sanctuary, not realizing what has happened yet, while Dark!Emma is taken by GS agents. At Sanctuary everyone is relieved that Emma seems to be okay, pinning her somewhat strange behavior on post traumatic stress.

At the GSA Emma convinces Eckhardt that she wants to change teams and join up with the GSA and she’s sent on a mission to prove herself. During this mission, retrieving the mutant that was responsible for her split up in the first place, she runs into Brennan again. And into her other self.

Now they all finally know that there are two Emmas, including the two Emmas who didn’t know that before they met either.

Dark!Emma has a plan to take out the entire GSA, sacrificing a lot of innocent lives along the way, and wants Adam and Mutant X to help her. She may have gone dark, but she’s essentially still Emma and she still loves her team.

She meets up with Adam and when she realizes that he doesn’t agree to her plan and only wants to reunite her with, in her eyes weak and whiny half; she ditches him, using her powers against him.

A/N: I totally love those two. They are so gay for each other on the show and yet they get paired up with men…. COME ON, are you blind, they’re soo hot for each other it’s not even funny any more. Well and in order to keep this beautiful, hot, stunning and absolutely fabulous pairing alive and kicking (literally!) I decided to write some more about them. I got this idea from one of the drabbles I wrote in this 10 songs challenge.
